All forms may be filled in, downloaded, and sent to: payroll@psych.wisc.edu

Please submit all Payroll changes/additions/new hires before the 4th of every month in order to be processed in time.

For example, in order to get paid properly for the month of July, on August 1st, any July changes need to be submitted prior to July 4th.
