Undergraduate Research Opportunities

We have many ongoing research projects in the lab providing ample opportunities for undergraduate students to gain valuable

research experience. Students have the opportunity to work with staff, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, other

undergraduate students and to perform a variety of duties as needed for each project.

Staff Opportunities

The CANLab is recruiting a postdoctoral fellow to conduct neuroscience research at the interface of cognition (sensory,

perceptual, regulatory processes) and emotion (positive and negative affect, motivation and hedonicity). Requirements

include a PhD in neuroscience, psychology, neurobiology, computation or related area. The successful applicant will be

able to conduct advanced fMRI/EEG analysis, including multivariate analysis, dynamic causal modeling and diffusion tensor

imaging analysis. He/she will also have opportunities to collaborate with biochemists and geneticists to integrate metabolic

and genetic processes with neural responses. The University of Wisconsin-Madison offers top-of-the-line imaging facilities

and boasts a strong affective neuroscience community. The position will begin in spring/summer of 2012. Please email a CV,
