Webinar details are below: \nThursday\, March 24\n12:15pm-1pm\nZoom- registration required \nREGISTER HERE  \nPresenter Bio:\nAmy is a Senior Talent Consultant with Pinsight\, an HR technology platform offering leadership simulations and advanced talent analytics. With a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University\, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison\, she enables HR leaders for success by providing expertise on how to leverage assessments for selection\, development\, and succession planning. \nCurrently\, Amy works with mid-size\, enterprise and Fortune 500 organizations across industries such as private equity\, health care\, technology\, and manufacturing\, to configure and implement leadership simulations as part of their assessment strategies. She also facilitates development workshops to help frontline and mid-level leaders understand assessments results and grow their leadership skills. \nIn her early career\, Amy has led validation studies to develop predictive hiring algorithms\, moderated employee focus groups to gather feedback around organizational policies\, and analyzed engagement survey results to share key themes with executives. \nAmy has presented research at The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) annual conferences and will be a panelist in the upcoming 2022 SIOP Conference. She is also the College Relations Chair on the Board of Directors for the Northern Colorado Human Resource Association. \n  \n
