Need to make an appointment with an undergraduate advisor? Appointments can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Click the link below and follow the instructions on this page to make an appointment. Be sure to bookmark the page for future reference.
Schedule an Appointment
Instructions for New Users:
Create an account using the “Click here to register” link.
Fill in the appropriate blanks (DO NOT change the Timezone) and click the “Register” button.
You will then be taken to the main schedule page (once you have registered, you will be taken to this page each time you login).
In the “Quick Links” tab, click the “Bookings” link. You will now be able to see both Stephanie’s and Melanie’s calendars. So that we may address the needs of all of our undergraduate majors, please schedule an appointment with only one advisor at a time.
You can scroll through the calendar to find a timeslot that works with your schedule. Once you find a time that works, double click the box and it will give you details about the appointment. Click the “Save” link to send the appointment. All appointments will be scheduled in ½ hour increments only. Once the advisors have been able to review their schedules, you will receive an E-mail confirming the appointment has been set. If you do not receive confirmation, the appointment time has not been reserved. Occasionally, the advisors may have unexpected conflicts, in which event, you will be contacted via E-mail to reschedule an appointment.
