Project title: The Wisconsin Twin Project in Hill Goldsmith's
Personality Development Lab

Project description: We have several valuable opportunities for enthusiastic,
self-motivated, responsible students to work as research assistants for the Wisconsin Twin Project! Research assistants
in our lab are involved in every aspect of the project: home visits with 7yr old children at risk for child psychopathology,
coding temperament assessments from video, transcribing birth record information, processing salivary cortisol samples,
data analysis, telephone interviews, and recruiting families for participation. You will be paired with a staff member according to your interests
and skills.
Description of students responsibilities including required skills
and knowledge (e.g., computer programming, familiarity with SPSS): Research assistants in our lab are
expected to have a strong academic background, work well independently and with others, be detail oriented, have some experience with computers and
have an interest in emotional development, childhood development, psychopathology, genetics and twins. Must have flexible hours.
