Dr. Markus Brauer has been named the Executive Director of the new Institute for Diversity Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The Institute will be run by Dr. Angela Byars-Winston, who will serve as Institute Chair.

The mission of the Institute for Diversity Science is to advance knowledge about phenomena related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to use this knowledge to suggest concrete solutions to diversity-related problems that our society faces

The inaugural event for the Institute for Diversity Science will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
