Kevin is the Lab Manager for the Brauer Group Lab. His research interests are focused on the social-contextual nature of prejudice and inequality, focusing on how contextual factors, such as peers, norms, policies, and institutions, not only shape individuals’ self-perceptions, motivation, and behavior, but how changes in the social environment can be used to mitigate inequality. Much of Kevin’s work in the Brauer Group Lab has focused on developing and testing interventions in educational or healthcare settings. He received a B.A. in Leadership Studies with a minor in psychology from the University of Richmond.
