What qualities make a good candidate

We are looking for folks with foundational knowledge of behavioral sciences and research methods, and a demonstrated interest in learning computational techniques. We are also interested in how you might contribute to our diversity and inclusion mission of broadening representation of historically underrepresented groups in STEM fields such as people of color, people with disabilities, international students, first generation students, and women. Additionally if you are interested in using your behavioral data science skills for social impacts, please let us know. In general we are seeking curious students, interested in social good, that are willing to work both individually and on a team.
