The Board has both short-term and long-term goals.
Our long-term goal is to gain approval and funding for a new building for Psychology. The current building, dating from 1964, is no longer adequate for cutting-edge research, or for contemporary methods of teaching.
Our short-term goal is the growth of the Patricia G. Devine Fund, which is a discretionary fund used to support departmental needs that cannot be funded by its normal budget.
