Michelle Bergholz Frazier

Michelle Frazier is a senior executive who currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Advocate Aurora Health, one of the nation’s top ten integrated health systems.  She has 20 years of experience in health law and health care regulatory compliance.  Prior to joining Advocate Aurora, Frazier worked in private practice, specializing in compliance, risk management and ethics.  She also teaches Health Care Fraud and Abuse at Marquette University Law School.

Frazier graduated in 1994 from UW-Madison, Phi Beta Kappa with a BS in Psychology and Sociology and a certificate in Criminal Justice.  She attended the University of Minnesota law school, where she received her JD, cum laude, Minnesota Law Review, in 1998. Michelle lives in Shorewood, Wisconsin with her husband Shane and daughter Helen.  They also have two sons, Aidan (BS, 2022) and Noel (University of Minnesota, 2024).
